Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account — name, contact details, payment references and session logs. No supplementary data is gathered without a specific, disclosed purpose tied to a service you have requested.

Cookie Use

Cookies on fanlank fall into three categories: essential session cookies, preference cookies that remember your lobby layout, and analytics cookies that help us identify which pages load slowly. You can manage non-essential cookies from the settings panel in your browser.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Two-step verification is available and strongly encouraged. Any login from an unrecognised device triggers an email alert sent immediately to your registered address so you can act if the access was not yours.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for the statutory period thereafter as required by applicable Indian financial and consumer regulations. Once that period lapses, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised.

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on fanlank and accesses the platform where local law permits. Eligibility is determined by the laws of your jurisdiction — we do not override applicable Indian legislation, and access is restricted wherever required by law.

At registration we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction reference associated with that payment. We do not collect payment card numbers or bank credentials directly.

Use the deletion request form in your account Settings or contact us in writing via email. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion — subject to any retention obligations under Indian law — within 30 days, notifying you by email once done.

When we amend any policy, the updated version is published on this page with a revised effective date. We notify you by email ahead of material changes. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
